All calculators, glossary entries, interview material and articles on WFM Helper are free and need no payment or account. Nothing in this policy limits your use of them.
Pay-what-you-wish downloads
Some Excel and VBA planning templates are offered on a pay-what-you-wish basis. You choose the amount, a suggested figure is shown, and the download is delivered digitally immediately after payment is confirmed.
Refunds
- If a file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or does not open in a supported version of Excel, contact us within 7 days and we will resend it or refund you in full.
- If the template is materially different from what was described on the page, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Because the amount is chosen by you, we do not refund on the basis of the price paid being higher than you later intended.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days once the payment provider has processed them.
Cancellation
Templates are one-off digital purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. If a payment is started and not completed, no charge is captured. If you are charged twice for the same template, tell us and we will refund the duplicate in full.
How to request a refund
Send a message through the contact page with the email address used at purchase, the template name and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, and no payment is ever involved.
