All calculations on WFM Helper run in your browser. The numbers you type into a calculator are not transmitted to our servers or stored by us, and Excel exports are generated locally on your device.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions, remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice, and for anonymous analytics that tell us which tools are used most.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Essential functions may behave differently if you do.
Advertising and third parties
We may display ads served by Google AdSense or comparable networks. These providers may set their own cookies or device identifiers to show relevant ads and measure performance, governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share calculator inputs with advertisers.
Newsletter and contact form
If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address and the page you subscribed from, and use it only to email you about new tools, templates and articles. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
If you use the contact form we store your name, email address and message so we can reply.
Data retention and your rights
Newsletter and contact records are kept only as long as they are useful for those purposes. You can ask us to remove your email address or contact message at any time via the contact page and we will delete it.
